Home care for absent owners

Home care for owners who aren't here year-round

Not everyone needs full property management. If you don't rent your house — or a manager handles the bookings — you still need someone checking for leaks, mold, termites, break-ins and storm damage. We visit on a schedule, send a photo report on WhatsApp and fix what we find at our published prices.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between home care and property management?

Property managers run vacation rentals: listings, guests, cleaning and payouts, usually for 20–30% of revenue. Home care is for the house itself — inspections, maintenance and repairs — at a fixed monthly price. Many owners use both: a manager for guests and us for the house.

What do you check on each visit?

Roof and ceilings for leaks, walls and closets for mold, wood for termites, doors, windows and locks, water pressure and pump, A/C, fridge and breakers, plus the garden and pool. You get photos of anything that needs attention and a price to fix it.
