Privacy policy

This policy explains how Santa Teresa Home Care handles the personal data you give us on this site, in line with Costa Rica's Law 8968 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

• What you type: name, email, WhatsApp number and message.
• Estimator data: property location, the jobs you picked and your estimate.
• The referral code and campaign (utm) parameters if you arrived through a partner's link.
• Anonymous estimator usage logs, with no contact data, to understand which services are needed in each area.

What we use it for

Only to answer your request, send your estimate, schedule the work and pay commissions to partners who referred you. We don't sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Where it's stored

In Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Gmail) and with our transactional email provider (Resend). We keep it for up to 24 months after our last contact.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@santateresahomecare.com. We reply within 5 business days.

Cookies

We use a single first-party cookie to remember a referral code for 90 days. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
